A personal-use licence for one downloadable spreadsheet ("UK Home Buying & Moving Planner (England & NI)"), delivered immediately after payment through a download page. You may not resell or redistribute it.
You normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once the download starts, but only if you agreed to immediate supply and acknowledged losing the right. You do this with the tickbox before checkout, and it's confirmed in your receipt. If you didn't give that consent, you can still cancel within 14 days.
If the file is faulty or not as described, email us within 30 days and we'll repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected (including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, EU consumer law and the Australian Consumer Law).
The spreadsheet and this website give general information and record-keeping tools only. They are not tax, legal, financial or mortgage advice. Rates and rules change. Each figure shows the date it was checked and its official source. Check them with the official authority or a qualified adviser before relying on them.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the product is limited to the price you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for tax, penalties or interest from figures you didn't verify. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, including statutory consumer guarantees.
When rates change, we may update the file at the same download link. We don't promise updates for future tax years.
